This CODFY app allows Shopify admins to apply the COD payment options for customers on the basis of their zip codes.
To activate this, you need to follow a few simple steps. For this, you have to follow the same steps as to activate the COD Payment Method.
On the main page of the app backend, you must scroll to the end of the page and select the checkbox Upload postal codes where you offer COD facility.
Once you have selected the checkbox, a field to add a CSV file will appear, where you have to upload the CSV file of the zip codes where you want to provide the Cash on Delivery option.
To start using for the first time, download the sample CSV to make the changes according to the file and then upload the codes to implement the COD payment option to those ZIP codes.
Once you have uploaded your CSV file, select the Save button and proceed.
Suppose you have added zip codes like 384001, 384002, 384003, 384004, and 384005, respectively.
So now, only those customers who reside in those zip codes are eligible to avail COD payment method. Any other customers residing out the mentioned zip codes can't use COD payment method.
The Cash-on-Delivery option will be provided to those customers only whose total order amount fulfills the set minimum and maximum order amount limit, also their provided address ZIP code comes into the list of the zip codes imported by you in the COD Payment Method (based on Zip codes).
