# Meta Optimization Meta optimization helps improve click-through rates by providing clear, compelling, and keyword-rich descriptions that attract potential customers. Optimizing meta titles and descriptions for your products, categories, and pages, this feature ensures that your content is accurately represented in search results.

To set up the meta optimization, you need to select **Settings**, and the data will be generated automatically by the Shopify app with ease.

* **Meta Title template -** Set the format of the meta title template for the app to generate the meta titles of your products accordingly. * **Meta Description template -** Set the format of the meta description template for the app to generate the meta descriptions of your products accordingly. * **Template variables -** These are the template variables that you can choose for the meta titles.
