This is the feature that allows you to customize, as to how your app will look in the app store.

  • App Name - Enter your app name.

  • Subtitle - Set a subtitle to your app.

  • App Icon - Upload your app icon

  • Desription - Describe your app in short paragraph for your users.

  • Keywords - Enter those keywords that users can use to reach your app.

  • Support email - Enter the support email that will help users to reach you easily.

  • Mobile number - Enter your contact number so that users can call you whenever facing any issue.

  • Splash Screen - Upload an image that you need to have as your app's spalsh screen

  • Select country - Select the country you want your curreny.

  • Select language - Select the language in which you want your store.

  • Privacy Policy URL - Enter your privacy policy page URL.

  • Support/Contact Us URL - Enter your contact us page URL.

Google Play Developer Account Setup Guide

To publish your Android app on the Google Play Store using your own account, you need a Google Play Developer Account.

This account enables you (or your business) to manage, upload, and update apps under your own developer name on the Play Store.

There are two types of developer accounts you can create:

  1. Individual Account

  2. Business (Organization) Account

Below are the detailed instructions for both.

Individual Developer Account Setup

If you want to publish your app under your personal name, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to the Play Console Signup Page

Visit https://play.google.com/console/signuparrow-up-right and sign in using your personal Google account.

💡 Tip: It’s recommended to use a Gmail account that you plan to keep long-term, as this account will be tied to your app’s ownership.

Step 2: Accept the Developer Agreement

Read and accept the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement to continue.

Step 3: Pay the Registration Fee

You’ll need to pay a one-time registration fee of $25 USD using a valid credit or debit card. This fee is charged by Google and is non-refundable.

Step 4: Set Up Developer Profile

After payment, you’ll be asked to create your developer profile:

Developer Name: Enter your full name (this will appear publicly on the Play Store).

Email Address: Provide a valid email for customer support.

Phone Number: Add a reachable contact number.

Address: Enter your personal or business address.

Make sure all information is accurate and up to date.

Step 5: Complete Identity Verification

Google may ask you to verify your identity using a government-issued ID. Complete this verification to activate your developer account.

Step 6: Share Access with MageComp

Once your account is verified:

Go to Play ConsoleUsers and Permissions.

Click Invite New User.

Enter our provided MageComp email address : themagecomp@gmail.com.

Assign the Admin role.

Click Invite.

This will allow our team to upload and manage your app securely.

Business (Organization) Developer Account Setup

If you want to publish your app under your company or brand name, you’ll need to create a Business Developer Account.

Step 1: Go to the Play Console Signup Page

Open https://play.google.com/console/signuparrow-up-right and sign in using your business Google account (recommended: use a company domain email).

Step 2: Choose “Organization” Account Type

When prompted, select “Organization” as your account type. This ensures that your developer name and business information appear professionally on the Play Store.

Step 3: Accept the Developer Agreement

Review and accept the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement.

Step 4: Pay the Registration Fee

Pay the one-time registration fee of $25 USD using your company’s valid payment method.

Step 5: Set Up Your Business Profile

After payment, fill out your organization details:

  • Developer Name: Your company or brand name (this appears publicly on the Play Store).

  • Contact Email: Use a monitored business support email.

  • Contact Phone Number: Add your official business phone number.

  • Address: Provide your company’s registered address.

Step 6: D-U-N-S Number Requirement

To verify your business, Google may ask for your D-U-N-S Number (Data Universal Numbering System). This is a unique nine-digit identifier issued by Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) and used globally to validate business entities.

Where to Get Your D-U-N-S Number:

Visit https://www.dnb.com/duns-number.htmlarrow-up-right .

Search if your company already has a D-U-N-S number.

If not, you can request a new one for free (processing may take a few business days).

⚠️ Note: The business name and address in your D-U-N-S profile must match the information entered in your Play Console to pass Google’s verification.

Once verified, your organization will be approved to publish apps under your company’s name.

Step 7: Share Access with MageComp

After your business account is approved:

Go to Play ConsoleUsers and Permissions.

Click Invite New User.

Enter our MageComp email address : themagecomp@gmail.com.

Assign the Admin role.

Click Invite.

⚠️ Important Note on Developer Name Display

If you publish your app using your own Google Play Developer Account, the developer name on the Play Store will appear as your individual or company name.

However, if you don’t have your own Play Developer Account and prefer not to create one, we can publish your app using our developer account instead.

In that case, the developer name displayed on the Play Store will be MageComp.

Apple Developer Account Setup Guide

To publish your iOS mobile app on the Apple App Store, you must have an Apple Developer Account. This account allows you (or your business) to manage, upload, and distribute your app through the App Store under your own name or company name.

There are two types of accounts available:

  1. Individual Account

  2. Organization (Company) Account

Below are detailed steps for both account types.

Individual Developer Account Setup

If you want to publish your app under your personal name, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Sign in or Create an Apple ID

Visit https://developer.apple.com/enroll/arrow-up-right and sign in using your Apple ID.

If you don’t have one, click Create yours now and follow the instructions.

💡 Tip: Use a personal Apple ID that you plan to keep permanently, as this account will be tied to your app’s ownership.

Step 2: Start Enrollment

After signing in, click “Start Your Enrollment” on the Apple Developer Program page.

Step 3: Select Account Type

Choose Individual / Sole Proprietor / Single Person Business.

⚠️ Note: With an Individual Account, your personal name will appear as the developer name on the App Store.

Step 4: Review and Accept the Agreement

Read and accept the Apple Developer Program License Agreement.

Step 5: Verify Your Information

Enter your:

  • Legal Name

  • Address

  • Phone Number

  • Email Address

Ensure all details are correct as they will be used for verification and App Store records.

Step 6: Pay the Annual Fee

You’ll need to pay an annual fee of $99 USD using your credit or debit card. Once payment is processed, your Apple Developer Account will become active.

Step 7: Share your account access to MageComp by adding MageComp as an Admin

Visit https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/arrow-up-right .

Go to Users and Access+ Add User.

Enter our provided MageComp email address : support@magecomp.com .

Assign the Admin role.

Click Invite.

After that share your Apple id and password to upload the build in your account from XCODE.

This allows our team to configure, upload, and publish your iOS app securely.

Organization (Company) Developer Account Setup

If you want to publish your app under your company or brand name, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Sign in with Your Business Apple ID

Visit https://developer.apple.com/enroll/arrow-up-right and sign in using your business Apple ID (preferably one created using your company’s domain email).

Step 2: Choose “Company / Organization” Account Type

When prompted, select “Organization”. This allows your company name to appear publicly as the app publisher on the App Store.

Step 3: D-U-N-S Number Requirement

To register as an organization, Apple requires a D-U-N-S Number (Data Universal Numbering System), a unique nine-digit identifier issued by Dun & Bradstreet (D&B).

This number verifies your company’s legal identity.

How to Obtain a D-U-N-S Number:

Visit https://www.dnb.com/duns-number.html arrow-up-right .

Search for your business to check if a D-U-N-S number already exists.

If not, request a new one (it’s free, but may take a few business days).

Ensure your business name and address match your legal documents.

⚠️ Apple will not approve organization enrollment without a valid D-U-N-S number.

Step 4: Provide Business Details

You’ll need to provide:

  • Legal Entity Name

  • Headquarters Address

  • Phone Number

  • Business Website

  • D-U-N-S Number

Apple may contact your company to verify your identity and ownership.

Step 5: Pay the Annual Fee

Once verified, you’ll be prompted to pay the annual fee of $99 USD using your credit or debit card.

Step 6: Account Activation

After payment and approval, your Apple Developer Account will become active. You’ll receive a confirmation email from Apple with your developer account access.

Step 7: Share your account access to MageComp by adding MageComp as an Admin

Once your account is ready:

Go to https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/arrow-up-right .

Navigate to Users and Access + Add User.

Enter our provided MageComp email address : support@magecomp.com .

Assign Admin privileges.

Click Invite.

After that share your Apple id and password to upload the build in your account from XCODE.

⚠️ Important Notes :

If you don’t have your own Apple Developer Account and prefer not to create one, we can publish your app using our developer account.

However, please note that Apple’s policy restricts certain features such as push notifications, when an app is published under a developer account that does not belong to the store owner.

Therefore, it is strongly recommended to publish your app under your own Apple Developer Account for this functionality.

If the app is published under MageComp’s account, the developer name will appear as MageComp on the App Store.
