Manual Notification

If you do not want to set automatic notification messages for your customers, instead you want to send them manually, then this Shopify app allows you to send notifications manually, too.

To start with this, you need to follow these steps:

Step #1

Log in to your Shopify account. Go to Dashboard ➤ Orders

Step #2

Select the Order number to which you want to send the manual notification.

Step #3

Click More actions option on the order detail page.

Step #4

Select the Send Custom Notification option in the more action dropdown menu.

Compose your custom message and send it to the customer.
