This app also allows you to put limits on products based on their weight.
This is a useful feature that helps in controlling inventory and shipping costs by restricting the number of items a customer can purchase depending on their weight.
This ensures fair distribution, prevents bulk buying of heavy products, and optimizes logistics and delivery efficiency.
To start applying the limits on product weight.
Go to Products ➤ Limit Product Weight
Weight Unit - Select the type of weight that you want to limit for your products. Kg or g.
Min Weight - Set the minimum weight every customer should have in their placed order to proceed with the checkout.
Max Weight - Set the maximum weight every customer should have in their placed order to proceed with the checkout.
Set alert messages to notify your customer whenever the minimum or maximum product weight needed criteria are not met.
Alert message for min weight - Configure a custom alert message to notify the customers when their minimum weight criteria are not needed.
Alert message for max weight - Configure a custom alert message to notify the customers when their maximum weight criteria are not needed.
Save your configuration, and it will be applied storewide.
