UTM Analytics

UTM Analytics

The UTM Analytics page helps you track and analyze where your form submissions are coming from. By capturing UTM (Urchin Tracking Module) parameters, you can understand which marketing campaigns and traffic sources are generating leads and submissions.

Why use it?

UTM Analytics helps you measure campaign performance and identify which marketing channels are driving the best results.

Available Metrics

Date Range Filter analytics data for a selected time period.

Example: Last 7 Days

Total Submissions Displays the total number of form submissions received during the selected date range.

Example: 0 Submissions

Top Source Shows the platform or source that generated the most submissions.

Examples:

  • Facebook

  • Google

  • Instagram

  • Email Campaigns

Top Medium Shows how users reached your form.

Examples:

  • CPC

  • Social

  • Email

  • Organic

Conversion Trend (Submissions)

Displays a visual graph showing submission activity over time.

This helps you monitor trends and understand whether submissions are increasing or decreasing during a selected period.

Example:

Track submissions from:

  • May 19

  • May 20

  • May 21

  • May 22

  • May 23

  • May 24

  • May 25

Traffic Sources (UTM Source)

Displays a breakdown of submission sources to help identify which channels are performing best.

Examples:

  • Facebook Ads

  • Google Ads

  • Instagram Campaigns

  • Newsletter Campaigns

Marketing Mediums

Displays the marketing medium used to bring users to your form.

Examples:

  • Paid Ads

  • Social Media

  • Email Campaigns

  • Organic Search
