# Customers
The **Customers** section provides an overview of customers participating in your loyalty program. You can view customer reward balances, activity history, search for specific customers, and import customer reward credits in bulk.
#### Most Active Customers
The **Most Active Customers** table displays customers who have earned or used loyalty rewards.
The table includes:
* Customer Name
* Email Address
* Phone Number
* Birth Date
* Current Reward Value
Use the **Search** bar to quickly find a customer by name or email, and use the **Sort** option to organize the list.
#### Customer Activities
The **Customer Activities** section shows a history of loyalty-related actions performed by customers.
It includes:
* Customer Name
* Event Type (e.g., Sign Up, First Order, Referral)
* Activity Date
* Earned Reward
This helps you track how customers are earning loyalty rewards.
### Import Customer Credits
Click **Import** in the top-right corner to add reward credits for multiple customers at once using a CSV file.
#### Step #1 Download the Sample CSV
Click **Download a sample CSV** to get the required file format.
#### Step #2 Add Customer Data
Update the CSV with the required customer details and reward credit values, then save the file.
#### Step #3 Upload the CSV
Click **+ Add File** and select your completed CSV file.
#### Step #4 Import Customer Credits
After uploading the file, click **Import Customer Credits** to add the rewards to the listed customers.
