# OKURU Order SMS

OKURU Order SMS app is designed to send SMS alerts to shoppers, informing them about various aspects of their orders. This includes notifications about order placement, refunds, cancellations, abandoned carts, shipping updates, product delivery status, and reminders to leave a product review.

One of the best features of the app is the ability to customize SMS templates to suit the business's specific needs.

Also, the app provides the functionality to broadcast messages in bulk, making reaching many customers at once more accessible.

The app is integrated with over 15 SMS API gateways, offering a wide range of options such as Twilio, MSG91, SMSCountry, Priority SMS, Textlocal, Gupshup, 2Factor, Dial4SMS, Smseg, SMS Gateway, Jayine Group, Metamorph Systems, CEQUENS, Libya SMS, AlphaSMS, Spring Edge, and more.

This integration ensures businesses can choose the SMS gateway that best aligns with their needs and preferences.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://magecomp.gitbook.io/shopify/apps/okuru-order-sms.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
