# COD Orders
This section displays all orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD).
* **Total Orders:** Shows the total number of COD orders.
* **Order List:** All orders placed through the COD option will appear here, allowing you to easily track and manage them.
**Example:**\
If no orders have been placed via COD yet, you will see:
* Total: 0 orders
* No COD orders found yet.
Once customers start using COD at checkout, their orders will automatically appear in this section for easy reference.
### Manage Orders
The orders table displays important details for each COD order, including the order number, customer, email, total amount, order date, payment status, and fulfillment status.
From the **Actions** column, you can:
* **View** – Open and review the complete order details.
* **Edit** – Update customer, shipping, or item quantity information.
* **Cancel** – Cancel the COD order when required.
### View Order Details
Click **View** to open the complete details of a COD order.
The order details page includes:
#### Order Status
View the current payment status of the order and check whether the order is pending, fulfilled, or delivered.
#### Customer
View the customer's name and email address. You can also access the customer profile or edit customer information when available.
#### Shipping Address
Review the customer's complete shipping address. You can also use **View map** to check the delivery location.
#### Line Items
View the products included in the order, along with their quantity and pricing. The order summary also displays the subtotal, shipping charges, COD fee, discounts, and total amount.
#### COD Form Data
Review the information submitted through the Cash on Delivery form, such as the customer's contact and address details and payment method.
#### Order Timeline
Track the progress of the order through different stages, such as **Order Placed**, **Payment Pending**, **Fulfillment**, and **Delivery**.
### Edit a COD Order
You can update an existing COD order when customer or order information needs to be changed.
1. Open the COD order you want to update.
2. Click **Edit order**.
3. Update the required customer or shipping information.
4. Update the **Line Item Quantity** if needed.
5. Click **Preview changes** to review your updates.
6. Review the changes and proceed with the update.
You can edit details such as:
* First Name
* Last Name
* Email
* Phone
* Address Line 1
* Address Line 2
* City
* State / Province
* ZIP / Postal Code
* Country Code
* Product Quantity
> **Note:** Review the updated customer and shipping information carefully before applying changes to ensure the order is processed with the correct details.
### Cancel a COD Order
If a COD order is no longer required, you can cancel it from the order details page.
1. Open the required COD order.
2. Click **Cancel order**.
3. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
The order status will be updated after the cancellation is completed.
> **Note:** You can edit customer details, shipping information, and product quantities for an existing COD order. Make sure to review all changes carefully before confirming the update, as changes may affect the order and fulfillment process.
