# Analytics

The **Analytics** section provides an overview of the extra fees collected through the app and helps you monitor fee-related orders within a selected time period.

#### Step #1 Select the Date Range

Use the **Date Range** dropdown in the top-right corner to filter analytics for a specific period, such as **Last 7 Days**, **Last 30 Days**, or another available range.

Click **Refresh** to load the latest order data after placing new orders.

#### Step #2 Review the Overview

The **Overview** section displays key statistics for the selected date range:

* **Orders with Fees** – Total number of orders where an extra fee was applied.
* **Total Collected** – Total amount collected through extra fees.
* **Average per Order** – Average extra fee charged per order.
* **Date Range** – The period for which the analytics are displayed.

**Example:** If 10 orders included an extra fee totaling **₹2,500**, the overview will show:

* Orders with Fees: **10**
* Total Collected: **₹2,500**
* Average per Order: **₹250**

**Note:** New orders may take up to a minute to appear in the analytics. If you've recently placed an order, click **Refresh** to update the data.

#### Step #3 View Order Details

The **Order Details** table lists every order that includes an extra fee.

For each order, you can view:

* **Order Number** – Shopify order ID.
* **Created** – Date and time the order was placed.
* **Status** – Current payment status (e.g., Paid).
* **Order Total** – Total value of the order.
* **Fee Charged** – Extra fee applied to that order.
* **View Charges** – View a detailed breakdown of the fee charged for the selected order.

**Example:** If Order **#1018** has an order total of **₹3,366.34** with an extra fee of **₹263.00**, clicking **View Charges** displays the detailed fee information associated with that order.

The Analytics page helps you track fee collection performance, monitor charged orders, and review detailed fee information for each order from a single dashboard.
