# AI LLMs Txt Generator

The `llms.txt` file provides structured information about your store that can help AI-powered search and answer engines understand your store content.

With the app, you can select which types of store content should be included in your `llms.txt` file, generate the file instantly, and automatically keep it updated according to your selected sync frequency.

## 2. App Dashboard

After opening the app, you will see the **LLMs.txt Generator** dashboard.

The dashboard contains the following main sections:

1. **LLMs Settings**
2. **Sync Frequency**
3. **Status**
4. **Current Content in Your Store**
5. **Schedule 1-1 Onboarding Call with Experts**
6. **Resources**

These sections allow you to configure, generate, monitor, and manage your `llms.txt` file from one place.

## 3. LLMs Settings

The **LLMs Settings** section allows you to choose which types of Shopify store content should be included in your `llms.txt` file.

You can currently select:

* Products
* Collections
* Pages
* Blogs

#### How to configure LLMs Settings

#### Step 1: Open LLMs Settings

From the app dashboard, locate the **LLMs settings** section.

#### Step 2: Select Content Types

Select the checkboxes for the content you want to include.

For example:

☑ **Include Products**\
☑ **Include Collections**\
☐ **Include Pages**\
☐ **Include Blogs**

Only the content types selected in this section will be considered for inclusion when the `llms.txt` file is generated.

#### Step 3: Update Your Selection

You can change your selections whenever required.

For example, if you initially include only Products and Collections, you can later enable Pages or Blogs as needed.

### Recommended Configuration

If you want your AI-readable store file to contain more of your store's important content, you can enable all available content types:

☑ Include Products\
☑ Include Collections\
☑ Include Pages\
☑ Include Blogs

However, the appropriate selection depends on the content you want to make available through your `llms.txt` file.

## 4. Sync Frequency

The **Sync Frequency** setting determines how often the app automatically synchronizes your selected store content.

The available options shown in the app are:

* **Daily**
* **Weekly**
* **Monthly**

#### How to Set Sync Frequency

#### Step 1: Locate Sync Frequency

In the **LLMs.txt Generator** dashboard, scroll to the **Sync frequency** section.

#### Step 2: Select a Frequency

Choose one of the available options.

**Daily**

Select **Daily** when you want the selected content to be synchronized every day.

**Weekly**

Select **Weekly** when you want synchronization to occur once a week.

**Monthly**

Select **Monthly** when you prefer a monthly synchronization schedule.

#### Step 3: Save the Setting

After selecting your preferred frequency, save the configuration if required by the app.

The selected schedule will be reflected in the **Status** section.

## 5. Generate the LLMs.txt File

The app allows you to generate your `llms.txt` file manually using the **Generate Now** button.

#### How to Generate

#### Step 1: Configure Your Content

First, select the content types you want to include under **LLMs Settings**.

#### Step 2: Click Generate Now

Go to the **Status** section and click **Generate Now**.

The app will generate/update your `llms.txt` file based on your current configuration.

#### Step 3: Check the Status

After generation, review the status information displayed in the dashboard.

You can see information such as:

* Last synced
* Next scheduled sync
* Public URL
* Current content in your store

## 6. Status

The **Status** section provides an overview of your current `llms.txt` synchronization.

It displays important information such as:

#### Last Synced

Shows when the `llms.txt` file was most recently synchronized.

Example:

> Last synced: 11 Sept 2026, 07:01 am

#### Next Scheduled Sync

Shows when the next automatic synchronization is scheduled.

Example:

> Next scheduled sync: 18 Sept 2026, 07:01 am

The exact date and time will depend on your store and selected synchronization frequency.

#### Public URL

The app also provides the public URL of your generated file.

Example:

> Public URL: `/llms.txt`

You can use the provided URL to access the generated `llms.txt` file.

## 7. Current Content in Your Store

The **Current content in your store** area provides an overview of the content available in your Shopify store.

The dashboard displays content counts such as:

* Products
* Collections
* Pages
* Blogs
* Articles

For example, the screenshot shows:

> 18 products\
> 2 collections\
> 8 pages\
> 1 blog\
> 0 articles

These numbers are examples from the store shown in the screenshot and will vary depending on the merchant's store.

#### Why This Section Is Useful

This gives merchants a quick overview of the content available before generating or synchronizing the `llms.txt` file.

## 8. Public LLMs.txt URL

After the file has been generated, the dashboard displays a **Public URL** for the `llms.txt` file.

#### How to Access It

#### Step 1

Open the **Status** section.

#### Step 2

Locate **Public URL**.

#### Step 3

Open the displayed URL to access your generated `llms.txt` file.

The URL shown in the app follows the app's generated `llms.txt` path.

## 9. Automatic Synchronization

One of the important features of AI LLMs Txt Generator is automatic synchronization.

Instead of manually generating the file every time your store content changes, you can select an automatic synchronization frequency.

For example:

**Sync Frequency → Daily**

The app will automatically synchronize the selected content according to the configured schedule.

#### Example

Suppose your store has:

* 18 Products
* 2 Collections
* 8 Pages
* 1 Blog

If you add a new product after the previous synchronization, the next scheduled sync can update the generated content based on your selected settings.

## 10. Example Setup

1. Select the required content types.
2. Select **Daily** synchronization.
3. Generate the file using **Generate Now**.
4. Check the **Last synced** information.
